He is a resilience expert with over 8 years of experience in international organizations at strategic levels such as leading human development approaches. He is also an accredited master Coach and a leader passionate about neuroscience. He has an extensive experience in human capital, behaviors, social dynamics, profound stress, procrastination, conflict resolution, biases and brain science. Joseph holds a master’s degree in conflict resolution & sustainable development from La Sapienza university of Rome.
