  • Help other people who are new on the net - if you find someone is unaware of online risks, explain the dangers and how they can protect themselves.
  • Do not ever respond to abusive messages through e-mails, if a person sends repeated messages on the Internet, then to withhold this person, and if you know this person, talk to him face to face and resolve this misunderstanding.
  • Use anti-virus and anti-spyware protection (as Trojan can send your personal information)
  • Avoid hurting someone’s feelings with emails, posts or comments; treat others the way you would expect them to treat you.
  • Before uploading a post or sending an email, always perform a grammar check.
